Privacy and Cookies Policy

This page explains, in a practical way, what personal data ALUGLASS receives through the website, why it is needed, how long it is kept and how users can exercise their rights.

What data we collect

  • Contact form data: name, phone number, email, subject and message.
  • Technical security data: IP address, user-agent, submission time and anti-spam fields.
  • Cookies and similar technologies: technical cookies, the cookie banner, and analytics tags when enabled in the site settings.
  • Through AI forms and widgets we may also process visitor_id, session_id, UTM tags, click_id, IP address and user-agent when needed for contact and anti-spam protection.
  • Website messages may be forwarded to the internal CRM, email and Telegram notifications for managers.

Processing purposes and legal grounds

  • Handling requests, replies, consultations and commercial offers.
  • Pre-contractual and contractual steps requested by the user.
  • Compliance with legal obligations and protection of legitimate business interests.
  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics are inserted into public page code when the matching modules are enabled and configured.
  • Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics, Google Maps, YouTube and Vimeo are used only after cookie consent and only when the corresponding block requires them.

Retention and transfers

  • Callback requests are retained for up to 6 months; contact and AI requests for up to 12 months.
  • When the period expires, contact and technical fields are automatically anonymised.
  • Email and Telegram receive only the request number, type and date; complete data remains in the protected admin area.
  • We document personal-data security incidents and, where Law No. 195/2024 requires it, notify CNPDCP without undue delay and, where feasible, within 72 hours; affected individuals are also informed when the risk is high.

Your rights

  • Receive information and a copy of personal data, including purposes, legal bases, recipients and retention periods.
  • Request rectification or completion of inaccurate or incomplete data.
  • Request erasure, restriction or object to processing where provided by law.
  • Withdraw consent as easily as it was given when processing relies on consent.
  • Receive personal data in a portable format when the law provides that right for automated processing.
  • Lodge a complaint with CNPDCP or seek a judicial remedy.

Cookies

The website uses a cookie banner with “Accept” and “Decline” options. Analytics, maps and external videos do not load until consent is given; the AI form and regular forms send only the data needed to process the request.

Email office@adoss.md or use the contact form. If you want to withdraw consent, review your data or delete a request, please state that in your message.
